There is so much fun to be had in Ireland!
The countryside is stunning, filled with lush greens. Dublin is great to visit, featuring the Guinness brewery and incredible music in local pubs. However, it is just as easy to travel around and visit more rural areas.
Ireland is the perfect destination if you ever wanted to stay at a castle or wondered about Falconry. Many of the old mansions, places, and traditions are easily accessible. July and August are Ireland’s peak seasons, although the climate is relatively mild. For fewer crowds and better prices you should definitely travel during the shoulder season.
The time needed: Ireland is one of the best countries for a first-time visit to Europe. It is English speaking, easy to navigate, and budget-friendly. If you wish to visit Dublin and the surrounding area, allow for at least six days. If you want to tour most of the island, we recommend at least 10 days.
Budgeting: A 10-day vacation to Ireland for 2, including Coach class airfare, bed & breakfast vouchers, and the rental car starts at about $4,500. Exploring with a personal driver/guide is not much more. Ask us about it!
Combination countries: Ireland is best combined with the UK
